Cover design  Neuropsychological EEG activation (NPA) frequently induced EEG paroxysmal discharges in a patient with juvenile myoclonic epilepsy. The EEG tracing shows spike-wave discharges with centroparietal preponderance (closed circles) and generalized burst of 4 Hz spike-wave discharges associated with myoclonic seizures of the right hand (closed triangles). These were induced by writing among the NPA tasks. From `Neuropsychological EEG activation in patients with epilepsies' by H. Matsuoka et al., 318830.
